As we are a liquor licensed company the following rules apply.
- 18 years old +. BYO ALCOHOL permitted.
- Cans only. NO GLASS
- Beer-CANS ONLY
- Champagne bottles permitted and to be served in plastic glasses.
- Pre-mixed drinks-CANS ONLY
**PLEASE ENSURE ALL OF YOUR GUESTS ARE INFORMED OF THE NO GLASS RULE**
Any glass brought onto the bus will incur an extra charge of $200.00.

GENERAL INFO:
- No cans or other to be thrown out of the windows.
- No body parts out of the windows.
- No abusing other motorists or pedestrians.
- No smoking on the bus.
- No alcohol to be removed from the bus.
- When stopping for a wee wee stop, ensure group is not in the view of passerby’s or no peeing on private poperty.
- No glass to be brought onto the bus unless it is wine/champagne which will be served in plastic glasses.

- All rubbish to be placed in bins provided.
THE BUS IS TO BE LEFT IN THE CONDITION IT WAS FOUND OR A $200.00 EXTRA CLEAN UP FEE WILL APPLY.

HOW TO AVOID EXTRA CHARGES
- EXTRA CHARGES WILL APPLY IF START/FINISH TIMES ARE NOT ADHERED TO AS THIS COULD BE EFFECTING ANOTHER BOOKING.
- WILFUL DAMAGE TO THE BUS.
- THE BUS IS TO BE LEFT WITH ALL RUBBISH IN BINS AND ANY PARTY DECORATIONS REMOVED. A $200.00 EXTRA CLEAN UP FEE WILL APPLY.
- A $200.00 FEE WILL APPLY IF GLASS IS BROUGHT ONTO THE BUS unless prior discussion has been arranged by the office staff. If the later is the case your driver will be aware by way of a written authourization from the office.
DISCLOSURE:
In case of unexpected breakdown or venue change please be advised that we will do our best to have a replacement vehicle sent to you or try to accommodate alternative plans but no refund will be offered unless we here at Dee Decker Tours are at fault.
All personal belongings are ultimately the responsibility of all patrons. Dee Decker will always endeavour to contact the correct party but are no way held accountable for lost/missing items.
